Andrea Brady

President/CEO, Magnify Education

Andrea started Magnify with the goal of helping students and adults learn skills that will help take them from “good” to “great” in their careers. Magnify’s first project, Building Empathy, is the culmination of a project started in 2018 called Skills for Career Success, which started her on this path.

Andrea has extensive experience both with public schools and in the empathy arena. She is President/CEO of SchoolComm Consultants, a strategic marketing communications firm supporting school districts, and served as a board member in the Milford school district for 12 years.

She is a Qualified Administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory, a tool to help individuals and groups understand their level of cultural competence; and she holds a Certificate in Diversity & Inclusion for HR from Cornell University. She was also Program Manager for the Cincinnati Chamber of Commerce’s program, Building Cultural Competence, helping to bring the program to scale.

Andrea graduated from The Wharton School with a degree in Multinational Enterprise and the School of Arts and Sciences at the University of Pennsylvania in Honors English/History of the Language. She is co-founder of the Clermont Chorale, the only community chorus in Clermont County; served as treasurer of the national non-profit United Inventors Association for three years, and as president of the Inventors Council of Cincinnati for eight years.
