Nancy has a keen interest in helping all students succeed, and spent her career in education working to achieve this. She served as a high school English teacher for 24 years before moving to administration, spending 14 years as Director of Curriculum, Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources, and Superintendent of Milford Schools in Milford, OH.  She holds two degrees from Miami University of Ohio and is a doctorate student (ABD) at Xavier University in Leadership Studies.
